In a few recent prospect calls, I’ve had folks ask me if I coach people at any companies they would know. “Um, yeah…all of them,” isn’t the best answer. It’s made me realize I don’t do a very good job of naming the spaces in which I work. I suppose I center people over business.
So I put together a list for future reference. Yes, I coach leaders at: Accenture, Adobe, Amazon, Apple, Asana, athenahealth, Cisco, Cognizant, ConsenSys, Coursera, Drupal, Google, IBM, IDEO, Intercom, Intuit, JPMorgan Chase, LinkedIn, Mastercard, Meta, Microsoft, Motorola, NASA, Netflix, Pace University, PayPal, Pfizer, Red Hat, SAP, Salesforce, Scholastic, Smart Design, Stanford University, Thoughtworks, Venmo, Verizon, Walmart, WW, Xerox, 18F.
I’m not naming dozens of other companies I work with where it would be obvious who my client is because of the nature of the work or the size of the team. I take confidentiality EXTREMELY seriously. I only ever share identities publicly when my clients have explicitly asked/agreed to.
It’s also worth noting that dozens of my clients are independently employed, founders/CEOs of their own businesses, consultants, coaches, and have company names you likely wouldn’t know. Supporting small businesses is a passion of mine and I have a lot of personal experience to share.
So yeah, I work with clients in complex, global corporations, and I work with clients in small business, and I also have deep experience in nonprofits (particularly arts & education institutions) and mission-driven orgs. I love working with activists and instigators, wherever you are!
If we work together (hi, I love you!) and I didn’t include your company and you want me to, please let me know. And if we don’t work together yet and you want your company on that list, I hope you’ll be in touch.
