Progressive Leaders on a Mission
We serve a wide variety of leaders in business, art and technology. They are creative technologists, nonprofit executives, social entrepreneurs, and artist-activists. What they have in common is their commitment to changing the world by starting with themselves.
Our clients are visionary, inspiring, purposeful, conscious, bold. Most of all, humble. They’re servant leaders who enrich the lives of their people, build compassionate organizations, and aim to create a more just and caring world. They measure their success by how much they empower others.
What makes our clients “progressive” is that they push for reform, favor new ideas, and embrace change. They hold an array of political and religious views. What they value most of all is love.
Changing the Face of Leadership
We don’t optimize for a certain type of client or purposefully try to attract a category of people. But we seem to be doing something that speaks to a special kind of leader. Our clients are collectively changing the face of leadership — by being wholly themselves.
Almost 75% of our clients are women, and more than 25% are people of color. Some are both. 7% self-identify as LGBTQI. 11% are over the age of 55. A few aren’t old enough to legally drink (but are already designing their careers).
Since 2015, 100% of our corporate engagements are with 501(c)(3) nonprofits. We don’t discriminate against for-profits — we are one. But our work is valued by leaders and organizations who care about much more than the bottom line.
Not Defined By Their Title
Our clients have all sorts of titles, some they’ve been given and others they’ve given themselves. Whatever they’re called, they don’t let it define them. They don’t see territory or constraint, rather opportunity to facilitate progress.
