Our Purpose

We are on a mission to put humanity back into business.

We want to live in a world that values collective power over personal power; where companies take care of their communities; and where leaders reflect and represent all identities, cultures, and needs of our society.

I have dedicated my career to enabling and encouraging decision-makers to make more informed decisions. I guide people to move beyond their assumptions, habits and biases, and to question everything (even themselves) using pragmatic and systematic modes of inquiry, discovery, and development. As a result, we can make an even greater impact on the world.

Approach

Design is a process of inquiry, innovation, and iteration. We apply the philosophy, principles, and methods of product design to designing careers and culture. This gives us an effective and reliable framework to make informed decisions and create new realities.

My clients are progressive leaders who want to change their environments by starting with themselves. Many are underestimated and nontraditional leaders who must take on the role of activist to evangelize their ideas and advocate for reform. Together, we create the world we want to live in.

I strictly abide by the International Coach Federation’s Code of Ethics.

Philosophy

As a former resident of Key West, FL, I share in the Southernmost City’s inclusive official philosophy of “One Human Family.” I believe that separation is an illusion, and “us” versus “them” is a construct and a fallacy. I strive to be a living example of this motto.
